The Song
Is every song really written by a human?
Yes — 100%. Every Wind Of The Eagle song is composed entirely by a human songwriter. No AI, no generative music tools, no templates. Your song is original from the first note to the last word.
What styles can you write in?
Acoustic/folk, gospel/spiritual, country/Americana, orchestral/cinematic, pop/contemporary, and soul/R&B. If you have a reference artist or a feel in mind, share it — that saves me guessing and helps me match the mood exactly.
Can I pick the voice?
Yes. You choose male voice, female voice, or a duet (male and female together). The Anthem and Legacy tiers also support blended arrangements within the song itself.
Do you write lyrics from scratch, or use AI?
From scratch, every time. I read your story before I write a single word. Your details — names, memories, specific phrases — go directly into the lyrics. No AI generation of any kind.
Ordering & Delivery
How long does it take?
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days. Add Rush Delivery (+$75) for 3–5 business days. If you're planning for a memorial, birthday, or ceremony, book as early as you can — rush slots are limited.
What if I need it faster than 3 days?
Email me directly at hello@windoftheeagle.com before placing your order. I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it work. Memorials especially — I always do what I can.
What happens after I submit the form?
You'll receive a confirmation email saying your song is being written. I'll reach out if I have questions before I begin. Payment is collected via a secure invoice after I confirm your order — you won't be charged automatically.
What format do I receive the song in?
Studio-quality MP3 and WAV audio files, delivered by email. The Anthem and Legacy tiers include a digital certificate of authenticity. The Legacy tier also includes a lyric sheet PDF.
Revisions & Refunds
What if I want changes?
Every order includes two free rounds of revisions. A revision can be anything — a different lyric, a tempo change, a word that doesn't feel right. Just tell me what you'd like adjusted and I'll rework it.
What if I hate it after revisions?
If the song still doesn't feel right after both revision rounds, I'll refund you in full — no negotiation, no questions, no hard feelings. I'd rather give your money back than send you a song that doesn't move you.
Can I request a refund before revisions?
If you've changed your mind before I've begun writing, yes — contact me as soon as possible. Once a song is completed and delivered, the refund is only available after both revision rounds have been used.
Privacy & Rights
Is my story kept private?
Yes, completely. The personal details, memories, and words you share in your order are used solely to write your song. I never share, publish, or disclose your story or personal information to anyone.
Who owns the song after I receive it?
You receive a personal use license — you can play it at ceremonies, share it with family, save it to your phone, post it privately, and keep it forever. Wind Of The Eagle Music Productions retains the musical copyright. For questions about commercial or public broadcast use, email me.
Can I post the song on social media?
Personal sharing — yes, absolutely. Posting privately or to family and friends is fine. Monetizing the song, syncing it to commercial content, or broadcasting it publicly without prior agreement is outside the personal license. See the full terms page for details.
Occasions
What occasions do you write songs for?
Memorials and tributes, weddings, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, retirements, holiday gifts, parent and grandparent tributes, thank-you gifts, graduations, and any moment that deserves something deeply personal. If your occasion isn't listed, email me — if it matters, I can write it.
Can the song be for someone who has passed away?
Yes — memorial tributes are among the most meaningful songs I write. I treat them with the care they deserve. Share as much as you'd like about who they were.
